2. What do you plan to do this year to show growth in each of the ESLRs? Be specific and use an example. Examples can come from senior project, model assembly, core, and/or participation in senior class ASB or other organizations on campus (clubs etc).
- iPoly Citizen : I plan to help other underclassmen who I see struggling. If they are having difficulty with something, I plan to help them to the best of my ability.
- Effective Learner : I plan to express creativity and learning skills in everything i do this year. One example might be when I am on a committee, I can talk about a creative idea and learn how to run different events.
- Effective User of Technology : I plan to improve by using technology as a main source for my Senior Project. For example, i will use a lot of sources for my Senior Project from articles online.
- Effective Communicator : I plan to improve as an Effective Communicator in each of the activities that we do as a house. I feel that these events really help me learn how to communicate in an efficient way and listen to other's opinions. An example would be the Maze. Even though school just started, this really helped our house learn to trust each other and listen to each other's input. It greatly increased our communication skills as well.
