Title: Research and Working EQ

Content:

1.  What is your working EQ?

     What are the most important learning requirements to become a software engineer?

2.  What is a possible answer to your working EQ? Please write the answer in thesis format.

  • One of the most important learning requirements would be the knowledge of many different programming languages. This would allow the worker to more beneficial to a company because they can work on many different areas of work.



3.  What is the most important source you have used that has helped you come up with an answer to your working EQ? 

     My most important source would be talking to my mentor and his coworkers because they are actually in the field and they understand.

4.  Who is your mentor, or where are you volunteering, and how does what you are doing relate to your working EQ?

     Tim Raymond, Cal Poly Pomona. This relates to my working EQ because they are in the systems and applications department at CPP and are working on projects similar to what I plan to do.
